Great idea sis! I run with a group at work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is a great way to break up the work day and relieve some stress. My advice would be to keep an extra pair of tennis shoes at work and encourage your co-workers to take a walk around the block with you during lunch!

What a great addition! Thanks for putting this together! I’ve lost around 20 lbs. this year by counting calories and sticking to a good exercise routine, so I know it can be done. But it’s just as important to maintain…so thanks for giving me a whole new arsenal of good, low-calorie recipes! I’m definitely “in” on this one….I’ll be posting lots of “addaboys” for you and all others!
