Don’t let the spices in this syrup turn you off. The mild flavor of sage brings all the flavors together and takes the bite out of bourbon. With this syrup, you can make mock-eggnog in an instant. It’s great with both bourbon and rum.
Mock Eggnog
Fill a glass with ice, add 1 ounce of Spiced Pecan Simple Syrup, 2 ounces of bourbon or rum and 1 ounce of cream. Stir to chill and garnish with a pecan half.
Dirty Snowman (non-alcoholic)
Fill a kid-friendly glass with ice. Fill it one-half full with Sprite or 7-Up. Add an ounce or so of Spiced Pecan Simple Syrup. Top it off with milk or cream. Stir with a straw, chocolate Twizzler or thin carrot stick.

Does this need to be refrigerated after being made? Also, how long will it keep?
Christie Vanover says
I prefer to keep it refrigerated. It can last 4-6 months that way.
