Cook the bacon, until crisp.

Add the dressing packet and flour. Stir to make a roux, 1-2 minutes.

Whisk in the chicken broth. Stir until thickened.

Whisk in the mayonnaise.

Stir in the chopped tomato.
If you're not using the Breville Fast Slow Cooker, place the sauce into a slow cooker. Set the chicken breasts in the sauce and move around so they are coated.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve a breast over toast, rice, potatoes or noodles and smother with sauce. Garnish with lettuce and tomato.
Or…shred the breasts and combine with all the sauce.
