BACONuts

Servings: 28 mini cups

Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Saucy Mama Hatch Chili Mustard
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 4 cups mixed nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Chop the bacon.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Spread the mixture onto a foil-lined pan.
  • Bake in a 400-degree oven for about 18 minutes. Remove from oven and spread onto a sheet of wax paper to cool.
  • Serve in muffin liners.
