German Mustard Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon German mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1-2 cups Mache lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons sauerkraut

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk mustard, olive oil and honey together, until it’s well blended. Add lettuce leaves and sauerkraut and toss well. Serve alongside schnitzel.
