Ingredients

  • 1 tbls German mustard
  • 2 tbls olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1-2 cups Mache lettuce
  • 2 tbls sauerkraut

Instructions

  • Whisk: In a medium bowl, whisk mustard, olive oil and honey together, until it’s well blended. Add lettuce leaves and sauerkraut and toss well. Serve alongside schnitzel.
