Whisk: In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients then add your wet ingredients until fully combined.
Heat: Warm a griddle, frying pan or large skillet over medium heat. Apply cooking spray.
Pour: Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, pour the pancake batter onto the hot griddle.
Cook: Fry until bubbles form on the top of the hotcake, about 1-2 minutes.
Flip: Cook the second side until lightly golden brown, about 1 minute.
Place: Once cooked on each side, place pancakes on a cake pan and top with an upside-down pan or baking sheet of the same size to keep warm.
Repeat: Until you're out of pancake batter.
