Bacon Wrapped Cinnamon Rolls
Why let the fried eggs and toast have all the fun? Salty, crispy bacon goes quite nicely with soft, sweet cinnamon rolls.
Servings: 8 rolls
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. You want it partially cooked, but still pliable.
Pop open the can of cinnamon rolls. Wrap a piece of bacon around each roll and place it cinnamon side up in the pie pan. Continue with the remaining bacon and rolls.
Bake in a pre-heated 400-degree oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread on the icing. Serve warm.
