Triple Cheese Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Chicken Dip
Ingredients

rotisserie chicken

bag fresh spinach

oz.
can quartered artichoke hearts
drained

cloves
garlic
minced

ozs. cream cheese

cup
Mexican crema
1
cup
shredded parmesan cheese

cup
shredded pepperjack cheese

tsp.
kosher salt

tsp.
cayenne pepper

Instructions
Pick the meat off of the rotisserie chicken and place it in a slow cooker. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Slow cook for 4 hours.
Serve as a dip with chips or as a sandwich on baguette rolls.
