Honey Mustard Ham Bites

Turn canned biscuits and sliced ham into impressive appetizers with chive butter and honey mustard dipping sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • 1 tbls stone-ground Grey Poupon Mustard
  • 10 slices deli ham
  • 2 tbls green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter softened

Dipping Sauce

  • 3 tbls stone-ground Grey Poupon
  • 2 tbls mayonnaise
  • 2 tbls honey

Instructions

  • Heat: Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut: Remove the biscuits from the can, and cut each biscuit into four pieces.
  • Spread: With the back of a spoon, spread 1 tablespoon of mustard evenly on top of each biscuit piece.
  • Bake: Place on a silpat-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes, until golden.
  • Mix: In a small bowl, mix together the onions and butter.
  • Spread: Separate each biscuit in half and spread the butter mixture on both halves.
  • Cut: Cut each slice of ham into 4 pieces and sandwich one piece between the biscuit.
  • Combine: In a small serving bowl, combine the dipping sauce ingredients.
  • Serve: Serve alongside the tray of sandwiches.
