In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and chives; set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the orange marmalade, pepper jelly, mustard and soy sauce and microwave for 45 seconds. Stir to combine.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cut the bread into 2x4-inch sections and then slice in half. Place the inside of the bread on the hot skillet. Toast for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble the sandwich by spreading chive butter on the bottom half of the bread.
Add a single layer of thinly sliced radishes.
Follow with 4 slices of Hillshire Farm Naturals Black Forest Ham.
Spoon on the pepper marmalade glaze.
Top with arugula and the top half of the bread.
