Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Place Ritz crackers along pan.
Spread one side of half the crackers with peanut butter.
Add another cracker on top to make a sandwich.
Place 1 cup water in a sauce pot; add a double broiler or stainless steel pan on top, and bring the water to a simmer.
Place the chocolate in the double broiler and allow it to slowly melt.
Using tongs, dip the sandwiches (one at a time) into the chocolate, until coated on all sides. Place the chocolate covered sandwich back on the baking sheet.
Once the baking sheet is full, place it in the freezer or fridge, until the chocolate has hardened.
Wrap each treat in cellophane and tie with a bow.
