Roast Beef Sliders

These Hawaiian roll roast beef sliders are the perfect appetizer for game night, with layers of roast beef, melty cheese, sweet Hawaiian rolls and brushed with a savory butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 24 King’s Hawaiian Honey Wheat Rolls
  • 24 slices roast beef
  • 10 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbls onion soup mix

Instructions

  • Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13x9 pan with foil, allowing some to overhang, so you can pull the finished sliders out.
  • Cut: Cut the rolls in half and place the bottoms in the pan.
  • Fold: Fold a slice of roast beef onto each roll.
  • Cover: Cover with a single layer of Swiss cheese.
  • Rolls: Add the top buns.
  • Pour: Combine the melted butter and onion soup mix in a bowl. Pour over the rolls. Cover with foil and let set for 10 minutes.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve: Lift the foil out of the pan, and serve warm.
